Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy:
Education Pathways ("Education Pathways") operates PDHhub.com and may operate other websites. It is Education Pathways policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.
Website Visitors
Like most website operators, Education Pathways collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Education Pathways purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Education Pathways visitors use its website. From time to time, Education Pathways may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Education Pathways also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on EducationPathways.biz blogs/sites. Education Pathways only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog/site where the comment was left.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to Education Pathways websites choose to interact with Education Pathways in ways that require Education Pathways to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Education Pathways gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up at EducationPathways.biz to provide a username and email address. Those who engage in transactions with Education Pathways are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, Education Pathways collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor's interaction with Education Pathways. Education Pathways does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.
Aggregated Statistics
Education Pathways may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. Education Pathways may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Education Pathways does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
Education Pathways discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Education Pathways behalf or to provide services available at Education Pathways websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Education Pathways websites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Education Pathways will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, Education Pathways discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when Education Pathways believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Education Pathways, third parties or the public at large. If you are a registered user of an Education Pathways website and have supplied your email address, Education Pathways may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what's going on with Education Pathways and our products. If you send us a request (for example via email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. Education Pathways takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.

Education Pathways visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using Education Pathways websites, with the drawback that certain features of Education Pathways websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies.

PDH Hub Terms and Conditions
Â
Terms of Conditions
System Requirements
A computer with internet access: This is the most critical requirement for completing your Social Work CE. It can be a desktop or laptop computer.
Web browser: You must use a modern web browser, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari.
Â
Enrollment
Education Pathways’ websites use an enrollment and registration system that interfaces with the Learning Management System. Enrollment is completed by the Licensee who enters their name, email address, cell phone number, occupation code, license number, city, state and zip code. Pre-registration is not required.
The registration fee is collected through Stripe, a secure payment processing system. The Learner does not pay any additional fees after their registration.
Some of the information captured in the registration process is used to verify identification during some of the classes offered.
Â
Attendance
The software allows the Learner to advance at their own pace after spending a pre-set amount of time on each slide. The learner must “attend” from beginning until the end in order to transmit the completion of the class by entering their license number and name.
Â
 Timing
The Learner must complete a course in its entirety before activating the mechanism to report ceus or to receive a certificate of completion.
Â
Â
Â
Â
Student Absence or Tardiness
Rules about attendance or tardiness do not apply to the online courses of Education Pathways. Licensees may attend when they like and are not awarded a certificate of completion until they have completed all of the course requirements.
Â
Completion
The course can only be completed by completing the Posttest and Course Evaluation Form.
Certificate of Completion that is populated with the information required by the appropriate regulatory body, commission or council is generated at the end of each class. This information is usually the course name, approval number, date of completion, Learner’s Name, license number, occupation code and number of CEUs issued. The certificate is either emailed immediately to the email address provided in the registration process or it is available for immediate downloading and self-printing.
Â
Reporting
Reporting of course completions is done every day in the manner that is appropriate to the state or jurisdiction where reporting is required.
Â
Cancellation Policy
Education Pathways reserves the right to “cancel” a class by removing it from a website because of any issues including technical problems. Learners who have paid for the class but not completed it will be issued a 100% refund within 24 hours of the cancellation.
Education Pathways has never canceled a class because classes are asynchronous online courses and not dependent upon personnel, weather or any of the usual reasons that an onsite class might be canceled.
Â
Â
Â
Â

I will not divulge my login ID or password or other login credential(s) to another individual for any online course.
I will not seek or attempt to seek outside assistance to complete the course.
I will not engage in any conduct that creates a disturbance or interferes with the administration of the course or other Licensee’s’ learning.
I will not engage in any conduct that is dishonest, fraudulent, or would adversely impact the integrity of the course(s) I am completing and the conditions for which I am seeking licensure or renewal of licensure.

Explore the requirements below for licensed architects and AIA members, discover AIA-approved
providers, and be sure to review our Standards for Continuing Education Programs for in-depth
guidelines and credit reporting information.
CE requirements for
licensed architects
Licensed architects must earn continuing education credits each year to fulfill AIA membership
requirements. You may also need to complete continuing education requirements to renew your state
license(s). If you’re working on getting licensed, some AIA-approved courses count toward the
experience requirement for licensure.
AIA offers a variety of ways to earn continuing education credits that make meeting your goals and
licensing requirements interesting and convenient. Our transcript service makes it easy to track your
progress.
CE requirements for AIA
membership
AIA measures continuing education in Learning Units (LUs). One hour of continuing education earns
one LU. AIA Architect and International Associate members are required to complete 18 LUs from
registered AIA/CES providers each year. Of the 18 LUs, 12 must be in the topic areas of health, safety,
and welfare (HSW).
Architect Emeritus members are required to complete 1 LU annually. Associate members are not
required to meet a minimum number of hours but are encouraged to take continuing education courses
to advance in their careers and the profession.
Earning AIA credits
Look for AIA-approved providers to earn LUs that apply to your AIA requirements. When you take a
course, provide your AIA member number and we’ll automatically update your AIA member transcript.
Most state licensing boards accept the AIA transcript as verification that you have completed continuing
education courses. Check with your state licensing board for any specific requirements for license
renewal.
